About Jan
Jan McGowan started consulting to nonprofits following a successful 17 year career with the organization SOLVE.
She and her husband, Executive Director Jack McGowan, grew SOLVE from an all-volunteer effort to a staff of over 30.
It became the largest volunteer support organization in the Northwest, involving tens of thousands of people annually.
